I just wanted to drop in and let you know that we'll pass this feedback along to the team.
This problem is still a problem by the way, and for additional context, it appears the issue with players with certain Tendencies not developing properly in dynasty is that skills cost too many skill points. The lowest attributes cost 5-6 skill points for hybrid safeties while the lowest attributes cost 1-2 skill points for all other safeties.
