Dynasty Too Many Leagues Error - You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues.

Summarize your bug When I go to start a cloud dynasty, it tells me, "You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league." I do not have any files to load, view, or delete. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I was trying to start a cloud dynasty, I was given the message, "Our servers are currently experiencing a high volume of traffic and cannot process your request to access this league at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main menu." I would try every little bit and be given the same error. Eventually, I was given the, "You are already the commissioner of 20 leagues. Please delete one of your existing leagues before creating a new league." I have reset xbox. I have cleared my saved data on manage game. I have no files to delete in the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am not able to make a cloud dynasty.
What do you expect to see? The ability to make a cloud dynasty.

Same issue here. Honestly mind boggling that people are allowed to pay extra money every year, and yet me and our friends can never *actually* play an Online Franchise / Dynasty in the early window we paid extra for. It's *every year*. Any update on timelines would be helpful, team.

I’m having an issue with Dynasty mode. I’m trying to create an online one to play with friends, however I can’t join or create any because it says I’m the commissioner or 20 already. The game has been out a day and I’ve created 2. I don’t understand how there’s even a fix for this because I can’t delete what doesn’t exist. 

I’m unable to create an online dynasty.  Initallu, I received multiple messages stating that the servers were busy.  Now I’m receiving a message that states that I’m already the commissioner of 20 leagues.  Please advise!

When I go to try to create an Online dynasty it says I’m already the commissioner in 20 leagues, but when I got to delete dynasty saves I have zero created.

any update? we should be refunded for early access this is garbage
