Summarize your bug Yesterday, I was trying over and over to start a dynasty. It kept telling me that due to the server volume, I'd need to try later. So I kept trying. I finally was able to start two of the three I intended to start. However, when I tried to start the 3rd, it said I was already the owner of 20 dynasties and I would not be able to make another. However, I only had two. Best I can figure is all the attempts that didn't go through due to the server issue counted as me having a dynasty when I don't. Additionally, I tried to join one my friend made and it tells me his is full even though it has a max user setting of 32 and he is the only one in it at the moment. 
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess you would need to run into the server issue 20 times when trying to make a cloud dynasty.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will not let me create or join dynasties I am really wanting to create and join and for which I paid extra to be able to do early.
What do you expect to see? To be able to join or create a dynasty

Yes.  Like why did I buy this early if I wouldn’t be able to play. This really upsets me.

Any update on this? Been over 24 hours since it’s reported and I can’t even start a dynasty because of this. Paid an extra $30 for something not to work right…smh

Mine fails during choosing 'Active Roster'. The bar gets about 3/4 full then I get this error message in the picture below. I am on Xbox Series S. I was really looking forward to playing dynasty online...

"The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. You have been returned to the Main Menu."

Can we please get an update on this? This is becoming a little ridiculous.

Saw someone on Operation Sports mention that this 'Phantom' league issue was never resolved on Madden. Doesn't look like EA is going to do anything about this.

Is there an update on the “You are already commissioner of 20 leagues” bug?  I paid to play early and can’t. Not sure how this isn’t false advertising. EA has had 11 years to figure this stuff out and still making same mistakes over and over. 

EA just steals your money for early access to offer a product I can’t even use. Awesome
