I know others may have posted this, but the level 50 coach skills cap needs to be increased.1. I understand the interest to cap skills to make it realistic, but a coach like Nick Saban would have a much higher cap than a random coach2. There's a lack of communication within the game. By year 3 I had maxed out my coach and didn't realize I had to be more strategic with where I dropped my points. At the very least, we should be able to reallocate whenever we'd like3.I have seen some of the worst coaches at level 50, with prestige ratings of F. At that point, there's no value in building a successful program, hitting coach goals, etc. 4. We get that some like the realism, so then coach XP caps should be a toggle we can adjust within the Dynasty at any time. Sometimes it's fun to be OP. Sometimes we just want to be THAT much better than any of the coaches in the game. If I win 5 straight National Championships, clearly my coaching is better, and my level and skills should reflect thatIn the end, I think a lot of players are looking for more customization because in the end, we want to play the game how we want to play. The game is great and bringing a ton of nostalgia back. We just want to be able to make it even better for individual experiences.

Cap should be closer to 100 and have the ability to reallocate. I have spent 18 points unlocking CEO but no chance of ever using it or reallocating? Fix this sooner rather than later. This was such a disappointment to learn.

Agree, at least raise the cap to 100, or increase it by increments based on years of experience. This is the biggest disappointment in the game for me and it’s actually unrealistic for it to be so low.

The cap should be when you’ve unlocked every single thing that can be unlocked. It’s a video game. A cap for this stuff just takes the fun out of it. EA will kill all of the fun in anything.

So many of the design decisions in this game are just bizarre.By the time you get to some of the later areas, you just won't have any points to spend in them.The game shouldn't have a cap AT ALL. I didn't like that I had spend points to open up an area. I think you should get new areas if you achieve certain goals (recruiting classes, conference titles, bowl wins, etc.) but to spend points to open an area but not have any points to spend in that area is dumb.

The cap should be when you’ve unlocked every single thing that can be unlocked. It’s a video game. A cap for this stuff just takes the fun out of it.

None of this will be considered and changed. They got our money and thats all that matters to them. Until there is a direct competitor in this genre, they'll continue putting out a just above average product and we will keep eating it up. It's incredibly lame.

@frankdeeg523 Maybe, one of these days, the devs will ACTUALLY listen to fanbase, since they claim to do that every single time they do an update or patch.

EA: “We listened to feedback and gave you basically nothing you asked for…but here are some new uniforms for FCS Southeast.”

Like, how? HOW is this STILL not fixed? Is it even on the list for future fixes or is it just going to stay at this insanely low number forever?

Just would love someone from EA to chime in at some point. It simply removes a MAJOR incentive to bother with dynasties.

Well...just wanted to point that not everyone agrees with this request. I think there are changes than can be made to improve coach progression, but I like the coach skill cap. They do a pretty good job of explaining why and how it works here:
