Question on Fumble and interception sliders in Dynasty

i thought 0 meant i wouldn't fumble or intercept but both my players and the other team players both seem to fumble and intercept othen. sounds like i might have to set it for Max or something. 100-300 or something like that? Thanks in Advance.
