Running Back Depth Chart

I'm deep into my dynasty and I'm now having issues with my runningback depth chart. The game is automatically subbing in my 5th or 6th running back into certain sets (I Form Wing and Tight) and won't let my starter be in the formation. It doesn't matter where I put my starter on the depth chart, the game will still put in the random worse rated running back. 

Anyone else having this problem?
