Settings Issues

I don't understand why but in my Dynasty before every game there are certain settings that always revert back to their Defaults. One of them is the kicking meter, which I always have to change back over to "Tap and Tap". I also have to change Defense Heat Seeker to ON and move the percentage down to 80% where I like it (for now). There's also another setting that I always have to change but forget at the moment. Everything else I have changed (mostly Sliders) seems to remain correct every game.

Is this a glitch or somehow a non-issue?
