Unable to load Dynasty for CFB25

@EA_Illium This is happening to me as well, and many other players (as indicated via this reddit thread https://www.reddit.com/r/NCAAFBseries/comments/1eqgkbn/offline_dynasty_suddenly_cannot_be_loaded/). Very frustrating, as we've put in countless hours on dynasty mode. This has to be fixed -- otherwise, there's no point in playing the game. 50+ hours of progress can disappear anytime!

My issue is happening with my offline dynasty. I chatted with EA Support and they checked my account, game, etc, and saw no issues, so this seems to be a bug on the EA side, perhaps as a result of the latest patch.

Error Message: This file cannot be loaded. Please create a new file. You have been return to the main menu. 

Steps Taken: I was playing my offline dynasty this morning. Switched to online dynasty afterward. Returned to play offline dynasty later in the day, file not recognized (as seen in screenshot). I've tried restarting PS5 3x, tried restarting the game 3x, turned WiFi off & on, tried various load screens. Nothing works. Screenshots attached. 

Please fix this asap, thank you.

@EA_Illium Two weeks since users start reporting issues here. More and more cases being filed on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/NCAAFBseries/comments/1eqgkbn/offline_dynasty_suddenly_cannot_be_loaded/) and on this forum. 

What is the ETA for resolution here? If no resolution, EA should provide money back to users affected. Why should users be punished for EA deleting files and delivering a faulty game, erasing hundreds of hours of gameplay progress. We are all incredibly demotivated to keep playing this game if file integrity can't be guaranteed. Why would I buy this game (or any other EA game) again?

Thanks so far for sharing your experience with College Football, The team released a new Title Update today. 

I wanted to check with anyone in the thread if you are still getting this error message?

If so can you try fully closing CF, clearing your system cache, and relaunching to confirm if this is still happening?

@EA_Illium  I checked this morning after downloading the update but it did not fix the issue. I did not clear my cache though. I won’t be able to access my system for a few days but will check again when I can. 

Yes this is still an issue even after doing what you Suggested, this is absolutely ridiculous. My dynasty was only 4 years and there are others that have lost way more time. I don't understand why we can't just get an answer. If it can be fixed or it can't be fixed. This was obviously an issue due to the last patch before the one that was pushed today. Let us know if the issue can be fixed, if not.  We can start over if we like or take the game and throw it in the trash. No answer is not a good answer. No response is not a good response. No, acknowledgment of this issue is horrible and I say horrible customer service.  Time has been wasted and EA still will not give us a straight answer.

@EA_Illium I followed all steps including clearing the cache, but it did not work. What is the ETA for a resolution here? 

No fix but they will not come out publicly and say it. I got a message on my open cases that are active and it says there is no fix.

Interesting. I opened a case yesterday and the support agent said EA was working on a fix and it should be deployed in 24-72 hours. No fix today though.

Clearing cache does not work. Incredibly frustrating. Here is what my dynasty files look like on load screen, the bottom one is the one that won’t load, note the team image has also disappeared from it. The second image is the error message.  This is after the recent update and clearing ps5 cache (my system is only a couple months old, so doubted that would be it, but I did try).

At this point I don't believe EA can fix this and I dont believe they care much about it so time to move on thanks ea

Why won’t my dynasty load this should have already been fixed since the last time EA had this issue it will not load SMH
