Or…. Maybe we can unlock full player customization. Then we can fix this crap. The same thing happened in the old games and they never fixed it over 5 year span. We atleast had editing ability then to fix this mess. Player rating editing change shows it’s a simple patch to unlock everything. Everyone wants to fix this and jersey numbers. Just unlock every editing ability and everyone is happy EA to have their dynasty the world they want it to be… don’t give me NIL bs excuse either. They were sued for THEM creating the exact player and just making them QB#12, HB#32, WR#2, etc. nothing to do with users editing and creating rosters. If that was the case 2K would be sued every year for people creating real college draft classes for my league, or MLB the show for creating all the opted out top prospects. Or let’s not forget RTG. I can create any opted out or future players i want. Team builder I can’t create any player I want once I change names in dynasty. It’s lie that the community has created to tell themselves to feel better about EA screwing us all. Customization will always be king in these games.
I noticed this too lol How in the world is every skill player a Grizzly Adams clone? EA needs to fix their algorithm. Again, so disappointing to see the same issues that plagued previous editions still pervasive all these years (of “development”) later. Do better EA and stop being so freakin lazy!!
I get a ton of Kenyan names and Hispanic names on mine (but some of them will be white guys lol) A blonde white man named Olu Adebi from Red Bay, AL lol. My favorite so far was a 1 star receiver named JoJo Butt, naturally I signed him even though he never played
This is the biggest immersion breaker for me. I have been restarting a ton of dynasty’s to try and find a reasonably realistic class. Here are some stats on a few I just did. One was 16 of the top 20 players were white and 38/top 50 white. Another one i did was 33/top 50 white. I am staring at a recruiting class right now where 21/top 30 Rb’s are white and 18/top 30 WR’s. How does this compare to real life?? In this year’s rivals 2025 recruiting class, 47 of the top 50 players are black. Absolutely insane that they are so incredibly off here. This should be a simple % formula of what to generate. Also have they outlawed shaving in college? 90% of the recruits have beards. Interesting choice for a bunch of 18-22 year olds. Most of the recruits look like long-haul truck drivers.
Yeah this is flat out garbage. Shouldn’t have the university of Miami and have an all white secondary. Sorry; not sorry. It’s factual. Go find me a year they had one and I’ll be quiet.

Too many white Corners and Receivers in the recruiting pool, agreed.
So much weird facial hair! On recruits and coach characters. Apparently nobody shaves anymore.
It also seems like they are not recycling the current NIL player character faces? Those appear FAR more realistic than the generated versions. It would be way more realistic to just recycle them, especially when there such a large/diverse/realistic pool to choose from already. Instead they seem to disappear when the NIL players graduate and are replaced by the absurd looking generated characters.
Also there are so many black characters with blonde hair or wavy flowing hairstyles or pompadours that are not racially accurate. It looks absurd. It appears they just recycled hair styles on every single head/face despite it making 0 sense for certain races. Sure maybe there are some, but it is far too large of a percentage currently.
Was this fixed in today's update?
Doesn't look like it.
