My Xavier Restrepo Grant has yet to be delivered. I spoke to EA help today and they said the issue was fixed but I still have not received him.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Item shows in my catalog but not my inventory
What happens when the bug occurs? Do not have upgradable Xavier Restrepo
What do you expect to see? Upgradeable Xavier Restrepo
Xavier Restrepo is showing in my catalog as owned but not in my inventory
- jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran@FastFalcon43 I re-open my case every couple of days at EA Help to let them know I haven't received it still. Helps if you have screenshots showing you do not have the card in your item binder.
I'm sure EA can see that we do not have the card. While I was on the chat with EA help on Friday, they told me exactly when I opened certain packs and what cards I pulled. - jahf0rce1 year agoRising Veteran
Monday update - EA help continues to report that EA Devs consider this issue resolved. They said that people need to continue to open tickets and select ME TOO on any of the Xavier Restrepo threads here on the forum.
The only way EA will look at this again is if people continue to report.

Summarize your bug Did not receive the Heisman Hopeful upgradeable Xavier Restrepo
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my game logs and you will see that I do not have and have never had the card.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive the Xavier Restrepo card
What do you expect to see? The FREE Heisman Hopeful upgradeable Xavier Restrepo card.
Attached are two files. One showing the Catalog view with proof I do NOT OWN the Xavier Restrepo card. One showing my Item binder filtered to Heisman Hopefuls, showing I do NOT have Xavier Restrepo.
EA - The bug has NOT been fixed for all players. Please reopen your bug ticket and fix for all.

Spoke to EA Help again, (I reopen my case every morning) - Always different people, but they are really nice and trying to help. The message they are told consistently is that the "issue is resolved for all players on October 22" - obviously that is not the case. Today I was told this:
From EA Help: "Thank you for staying connected. As I have checked that it was the known issue earlier and now it is resolved. But do not worry, as you are still facing the issue with CFB 25 pack, I would request you to kindly report it on our social forum as a bug. Our community manger will look into it and resolve the issue. Our community manger will revert you back on your post with further updates."
So, I keep opening new bug reports until I get a response.
Please open a new BUG TICKET on this forum and also ME TOO my bug ticket
