Team Builder Error Downloading "Try again later"

Hello,

I have tried all of the steps for the Xbox but it still is not working.

I just spoke with an EA agent who said to report this as a bug issue. If anyone is having this issue, please report it as a bug issue in the forum

Summarize your bug Whenever I open the game, it says Roster Update. "Then it says Downloading roster. Please wait..." Soon after, I get an error that says "An error has occurred while downloading the latest roster." I hit ok and it says, "There was an error downloading the latest player roster. Would you like to try to download it again" and the whole cycle continues. Sometimes the game acts as if it wants to load and then dashes to the xbox home screen. I am able to play the other modes like Dynasty and Road to Glory, but I am unable to play Road to College Football Playoff and College Football Ultimate Team.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am unsure, this seems to be happening to a select few of us.

What do you expect to see? I expect to see the roster load so that I can play online against other competitors online.

They are now stating this is a bug issue and to report it as such.

No. I am still having the same issue at this time.

As you can see by the name and the conversation above, this is my post. I have tried this and it has not worked. You all are literally just tagging the same answer. I spoke with another representative yesterday who said it is a bug which is why I have reported this as a bug. Please stop spamming the exact same answer from the exact same post with my name on it.

Thanks for the update! We've seen that error pop up for a few different reasons. 

To check, have you played any games since it started? Also does any other account on the console have the same issue?

I deleted all my downloads and now I keep getting an error saying I which my limit and can not download more teams. I have currently only 7teams saved. Is this an error that can be fixed? Or is this is permanent? I was no where close to the 36 team limit that I assume we had and I haven’t even tried out them into dynasty to see if that is still an error.

I am having the same trouble. I made 16 teams though. 15 are showing in game the 15th keeps giving me the same error.
