Cannot connect to servers & can’t connect email to psn

Just got the game and can’t connect ea login to psn & servers won’t connect either. Same experience with madden 25. Is this similar to your experience?

• Which platform are you on? PS5
• Are you getting an error message? Yes
• Which game mode are you playing when this happens? Every online mode
• Does this only happen in one game mode? No
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: everything said in the thread. Even deleted and downloaded the game back. Restored liscense. 

Can you help the servers link with my current email account 

Got the game finally about a month ago, so just experiencing this issue as well as of recently. To my understanding, we all must have had EA accounts at one time or another for another game. Then, for lack of use or whatever other reason, those accounts became disabled but were already "tied" to our PS or Xbox accounts. According to EA's website, once an EA account is tied to your gaming account, thats it, thats the only one you can ever have. Even if you logged in, updated password, did "everything" they suggest, it doesn't matter because that EA account became disabled. And again, according to EA's website, once an account is disabled, you can not re enable it even after changing password, etc. So at the end of the day and reading all these other's bad experiences with customer service, I think were SOL.
