Hi @dennisdube, To confirm are you both on PS5? Also do you not see the option to open the menu, or does it load endless? If you have a screenshot or video clip we can pass it on to the team! Same issue for me:
PSN: Dube
Platform: PS5
Error: N/A, cannot even get to the EA Connect screen, despite having the notification bubble for invites
Game Mode: N/A, cannot even get to the EA Connect screen
I am unable to even access the EA Connect Menu from PS5, despite being online and having the PS+ account.
Meanwhile, my son sees the notifications for invites, but is unable to access.
What's the fix? Would be easier if there was automatically a menu option to create/view/accept invitations.

Hi @Divajilldazzler, Can you and your friend check your EA and Xbox account and console settings to see if anything blocking players is enabled? - EA_Illium1 year ago

- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this only happen in one game mode?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

EA Connect Menu missing from menu. I have check cross platform play and everything is enabled. Anyone else having this issue? Any way to resolve it?
When attempting to set up a "play a friend" game, my friend's name shows as online with his EA account but he is greyed out and cannot be selected. The same friend is able to send me an invite though and we played a few games where he set up the "lobby".
Me: Xbox Series X
Friend: Xbox Series S
Any insight as to what may be causing this?
