College football 25 ea play trial error and pre order not working 😕

I own the game and haven't even used the ea trial yet on my alt I have it active but haven't used it yet anyway point being its saying time is up I haven't played also tells me to buy the game I pre ...

Uninstall the expired trial, reboot and retry accessing the main game.

@EA_Barry Same exact problem on ps5 pre ordered says download trial again after deleting and just “you own the game “ with no ability to download regular paid for version just trial
