Yes I did that first and Christina who helped me said, “unfortunately there is no compensation for this type of issue” meaning I do not get my packs. She said best thing I could do was post about it here and then maybe if there are other player ls with similar problems they will try to fix the problem. So basically I grinded out 9 wins in squads and just got screwed with no rewards. Atleast my teammate got his and it did not screw both of us.
