falsely banned
I logged into College Football 25 today to discover my account had been banned? I made it yesterday? I didn't do anything to violate the terms of service or user agreement. under my ban history the reason for the ban is completely blank. Now my only recourse is an email? I can't live chat or call anyone for this mistake? I preordered the game for the purpose of playing early and now I have to wait potentially weeks for someone to email me back? How is this a good business practice? I have never, ever, and I mean EVER had a positive experience with Electronic Arts and it seems to continue.
