Game freezes and panes to field during Dynasty

I am consistently having this issue where during Dynasty mode, I’ll be playing through the game and will do a “Jump ahead to next play” option and then when I’m ready to play, the game will glitch up...

My dynasty keeps freezing when I try to skip ahead.

No error message

I've only played Dynasty at this point

I have to turn the game off and restart it.

Hey @trucker42450 

When you get a moment can we see if the following helps us with this?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
  3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  4. Perform a power cycle.
    • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
    • Turn it back on after one minute.
    • Launch your game.
  5. Restore the license for the game.
    • Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
    • Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
  6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
