I have the same issue on both Xbox Series X and PS5, the super sim is the cause of the issue and letting the graphics load before exiting only reduces the issue but it's a crap shoot whether or not the game is going to freeze on you. I've reinstalled and all that did was lose my Dynasty progress thinking that would fix it.

There is no error message
To recreate you just enter super sim as intended forward either one play to change of possession and the crash will happen eventually.
* Adding that this happens in quick play AND Dynasty modes
