Glitched Player on Roster NCAA 25

I have a 12 OVR QB on my roster in my dynasty. Me and my friends are just starting our 4th season in our dynasty but during the "encourage players" period in this last offseason, I noticed I had a 12 OVR QB. I nearly cut the player but thought it was an incoming freshman player and the game was just bugging out. Little did I know, it was. Fast forward to our season and comes time for my first game and I cant play because my game freezes up. It stays on the helmet screen and I have to quit the app in order to do anything. My game does the same thing when I try to practice as well. Based off my research, the team is supposedly unusable now due to this player being on my team. My commissioner has tried to edit the player and it makes his whole game crash before kicking him to the xbox dashboard on its own and I can't edit the player either. Anybody else have this problem and have any luck getting it fixed? I was really excited to play with the team I have built but with my research showing the team is now unusable sucks. Someone please tell me you had luck fixing this.
