How many cases have you created for this? When checking their status, do any say "waiting on player"?

I have stil not gotten a response from an advisor as to why I can't purchase in-game content from the College Football 25 ultimate team store.

Please contact an advisor so they can check for any issues with your account. The instruction here will help with opening a case.

So I just no longer get to access the store through the game? I used up the prepaid Visa card already, I just don’t have access to the store anymore.

It sounds like the issue is with the pre-paid card. Unfortunately, that's not something we can help with.
