Keep getting disconnected from EA Servers

This has been an occurring issue for weeks, and the times I do get into an online game I get kicked out within the first 5 minutes of the game every single time. I’ve tried just about everything, can’t play college football or madden.

    I'm on a wireless connection on a college campus, all my other games can run just fine with pretty low ping at that. Just want to get to the bottom of why it's only CFB and Madden that I constantly get disconnected from.

    This is normal with a wireless connection. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

    I am having the same problem on ps5. it is a wireless connection that has 100 percent signal strength and a download speed of 47.2mbps and upload of 23.6
