Community ManagerHi there. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? Make sure you power cycle your console and modem/router with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
Also, if you're on a wireless connection, try switching to a wire. Thanks!
