Are you getting an error message? “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.”
Does this only happen in one game mode? No, unable to play head to head as well as Online Dynasty.
Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: Attempted to go to dynasty>continue, receiving the error message “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” Same error when trying to use the load dynasty button> select dynasty. I'm also getting this error message whenever I try to create a new online dynasty. There might be a correlation when choosing Active Roster instead of default. If I choose active roster option on a new dynasty it will load about 75% of the loading roaster bar before it gives the “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu." It doesn't do this on default option. I've restarted the game 10+ times, restarted my xbox 10+ times, checked my internet connection with upload/download speeds in the 945 download 955 upload with no packet loss as I'm running off of an Ethernet connection. Version 1.0.0.9

Same issue here, it was working this morning, but not since I've been home 5pm EST.

I’m getting the same error in my TB Dynasty when I try to play a game, it will load the dynasty but will not let me play the game.

- Does this only happen in one game mode? Dynasty Online Mode (Cloud Muli User)
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: I have cleared cache. I have rebuilt data base. I have also restored license. I am also able to create a new online Dynasty but would like to have my other one back.

Steps i’ve tried: I have tried restarting my router, restarting my console, deleting and redownloading the game, even trying my console on a different tv closer to the router and nothing has worked

- Does this only happen in one game mode? IT ONLY HAPPENS IN ONLINE DYNASTY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PRACTICE WITH MY TEAM AND PLAY ANOTHER USER
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: IVE TRIED RESETTING MY MAC ADRESS, restarting my router and hard resetting my Xbox.

Are you getting an error message?: I receive an error code every time I try to practice or play in my online dynasty league. I also lost some of my commits who have completely disappeared from the entire game since this season started.
Does it only happen in one game mode? Yes. So far it only happens to my team in the online dynasty.I’ve tried resting my PlayStation. Rebuilding the database. Deleting and reinstalling the game, resetting my MAC and internet connection, and Rearranging my roster. Nothing has worked. This issue is holding up our online dynasty and it would be great if someone from the EA team could help resolve the issue ASAP

Just being honest, there is no fixing it, only way is EA fixes it, they've had mine documented since July and still nothing

Same here fam.. The game always seems to kick me at the ready stage period I set my Playbook set my uniform click ready and when the paper starts to ball up it un balls and sends me back to the ready screen for just a few seconds and then it boots me back to the Moon screen with the error message. I recruited a five-star defensive end last season and red shirt at him and this season he was supposed to start for me but he's nowhere on my roster

Dynasty name: big Don online
Steps I tried: restart and console restart Internet clearing Mac IP, or moving any USB uninstall reinstalling a game restart everything hard lining Wi-Fi previous steps you stated.
