Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

 

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this only happen in one game mode?
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

  • Are you getting an error message?  ERROR  The EA servers are not available at this time. Please try again later. You have been returned to the Main Menu.
  • Does this only happen in one game mode?  Dynasty Online Mode (Cloud Muli User)
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: I have cleared cache. I have rebuilt data base. I have also restored license. I am also able to create a new online Dynasty but would like to have my other one back.
