Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this only happen in one game mode?
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

  • Which platform are you on? XBOX SERIES X 
  • Are you getting an error message? YES
  • Does this only happen in one game mode? IT ONLY HAPPENS IN ONLINE DYNASTY WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PRACTICE WITH MY TEAM AND PLAY ANOTHER USER 
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue: IVE TRIED RESETTING MY MAC ADRESS, restarting my router and hard resetting my Xbox. 
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
