Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Are you getting an error message?
- Does this only happen in one game mode?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

Error message: our service cannot process your request this time please try again later we apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.
Gamemode: only on one of my specific online, Dynasty
Dynasty name: big Don online
Steps I tried: restart and console restart Internet clearing Mac IP, or moving any USB uninstall reinstalling a game restart everything hard lining Wi-Fi previous steps you stated.
