Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Everytime I go to join a online dynasty rather I search it or get a invite it takes me through all the creations but once I get to the school history and click “continue” it automatically pops up a...

currently in year four of a four team online dynasty. I have tried basically all the troubleshoots I can find and I’m getting the error message as the game tries to load.
