Community ManagerGenaldar That isn't an EA services issue. That is an issue with the account trying to log into the trial version and not the full version. Are you still showingthe trial on Xbox and not the full version?
Still only showing those teams. Is there a way to delete that trial version from my EA account?

Genaldar On Xbox no. Those entitlements are purely based on the platform you are playing on. Are you on Game Pass Ultimate? I have that, and Madden always says you are on EA Play until I get the full game, which you did, so it should not give that message.
