Premium Platinum Pack Locked In The Store
Having some issue purchasing the premium platinum pack in the store after grabbing the 2 weekly platinum packs. Anyone know a work around? I was thinking of uninstalling the game and downloading agai...

Ive been dealing with same issue. Told there is nothing they can do.
I wouldn't have spent $10 (1000 pts) on the pack if it didn't unlock the premium pack. I "have to" purchase the 2 weekly packs for 500 pts each in order for the premium pack to be unlocked.

No I haven't got any updates. Support spent like 30-40 yesterday to tell me theres nothing they can do. I'm not getting two more weekly packs because I know chances are it won't be fixed. Might uninstall and try that as a last ditch effort.
The game and all the traversing through cut is janky and needs to be fine tuned. It's sad. The game is so big and yet simple accessibility issues are holding it back. Glad I'm not alone on this one
