Summarize your bug The premium platinum pack says you need to buy the weekly platinum pack two times to unlock it. I bought the weekly once twice and it’s still locked.

What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t get the pack I spent money trying to buy
What do you expect to see? I want it to be unlocked
I either want this to be unlocked or to be reimbursed my madden cash for buying the weekly platinums packs
