Premium Platinum Pack Locked In The Store

Having some issue purchasing the premium platinum pack in the store after grabbing the 2 weekly platinum packs. Anyone know a work around? I was thinking of uninstalling the game and downloading again to see. EA support noted my issue but were unable to find a fix.

It's my first time buying these packs but by the looks of it they reset on a weekly basis. I'm a bit unsure if I'll want to get the weekly packs again not knowing if the premium will still be locked. My points were for the 3 pc. combo: getting the 2 weekly packs and then premium but it hasn't played out that way for me. Any help would be appreciated 👍

Hi @jxnny100, If anything is done for players that happens studio side not the forums side. Community Managers cannot say it will or won't happen as that isn't our call. If they do, they will let players know.

@EA_Shepard Issue seems to be fixed, the pack is available now.

This issue is still affecting my account on PlayStation I've tried restarting my PlayStation and game multiple times and still won't work.
is there anything I can do?

@madjet2 Followed up on it. The issue was resolved. Has been it happening this whole time, or did it start up again?

Still having this same issue. Just talking to somebody named Atul for 30 minutes who just instructed me to do the same thing you did, of course not offering any actual help. Would have never bought the beginning offer in the first place if I knew we were just going to get scammed. Pathetic company.
