who exactly do I need to contact? I spoke with an EA rep and he told me to wait 24 hours I waited that long and still didn’t get him. Can you help me get in contact with who I need to?

I have talked to EA help like 8 times they dont give you an answer at all it is getting ridiculous.

We don't have a direct line to reach out to, our support can be contacted by creating a support ticket on the help site. 

If they advised you to wait 24 hrs and the reward still has not appeared you should be able to resume your case or try creating a new one with the steps below:

1. Go to the EA Help homepage.
2. Select College Football 25
3. Select the See all help topics
4. Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
5. You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

I would just like to have access to the card I worked so hard to unlock I’ve talked to 3 different EA members and nothing has changed. Please help us

I have like 8 cases with ea help lol they dont have a clue what they are doing.
