Unable to play H2H, shows controller on opponents side

I simply cannot play head to head user games. When we load into a game it shows my controller on the opponents side of the screen. When I ready up it does nothing. I can’t select my uniform or anythi...

Would it be possible to get more information on this?

  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this only happen in one game mode?

Xbox series S. CoachClark93 gamer tag 

only happens in play now and online dynasty user vs. user games. 

I played one road the the playoffs with a random user and it worked fine. 

in my online dynasty I can play all computer games but when I have to play another user I cannot play due to when we search for opponents my controller icon shows on their side of the screen. When I press ready up it’s on their side and we can’t get past this screen. I’ll get a screen shot today. 

there is no error that pops up.
