Redeemed a code for points but it never appeared in game.

Thanks for the advice but the Problem is i talked to several Agents like the description you said. But every time they told me sorry we cannot help! 

i can give u a little update :D

I talked 7 times to an Agent from EA every time they wanted a proof from my Xbox Profil but that´s physical not possible to show in the profile my name, email adress and gamertag but they don't get it. I have also a Proof from Microsoft Agent directly in the Chat but ea dont't take that. I think my money is gone :/

Same right here too, the chat from ea isn’t very helpful !
