Reset password loop

I am receiving the please reset password loop. Can someone please help me with this?

    @CoJax1109 I have gotten very curious about this particular problem. Especially since I had a similar issue that I was finally helped with this past week. Did you not "worry" about your ea account for years before purchasing this game?

      It is so frustrating, I was able to play madden. I NEED to unlink but have a disabled email associated w my Xbox GT. How do I fix this??!!!
