I am receiving the please reset password loop. Can someone please help me with this?

@boubucarow Nope, I completed the form and all they sent me was an automatic response that says they only deal with privacy and cookies. When I click the unlink button it brings me back to choosing the game or my ea account. I’m stuck in an endless loop with no end in sight and it’s MADDENING.
@jay711523 I got an automated email first that seems to be what you got, then I also got a personal email to help me a few days later. So be patient now. It may take a few days to get that personal email.
- @boubucarow Ok, I’ll try. How do I play a schools current season (this year) what mode is that? Can you play without the servers?
- @jay711523 You can't play online without the servers. I know that is frustrating as hell. I know EA is frustrating a lot of returners for the college football game. They deactivated a lot of our accounts and it seems there is nothing we can do. Until I searched the internet for hours and found that link. You can play offline dynasty. If it seems you can't start one, turn the internet connect on your x-box off and then you should be able to.
Idk this is amazingly annoying. I want to play Alabama’s season and cannot. I’m close to just refunding.
indont want to play as OC, or head coach. I just want to take a team through a season. Why is this so hard?!
