Sign in error that is a reoccurring issue In the community!

For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to get into contact with a real human from EA to help fix this issue and nobody has reached out to help or the chat bot hasn’t been able to assist me. The problem that is occurring with me and my game is also happening to a couple of thousands of other players on NCAA 25 and what is happening is when you go to sign into your account on the game screen it will require you to sign in and if somebody else’s email is linked to that account it will have you press Circle back out and re enter your email and send a password to your email and then use that password to long into the game and that has been usually working for a decent amount of time but for the past 2 months it will say EA serves are unavailable and I look into yeh servers online and they say they are operational. I’ve been seeing who else has been havering this issue and in the forums it’s a lot of people and also on Reddit there’s a lot of people and there all saying the same thing and most of them have given up because nobody from EA will reach out and help them.
