Specific dynasty causes EA server error

ncaa won’t let me play any game mode it shuts my whole Xbox x off I tried everything!!!!

Hi, I've had this same issue. 

Peck8541 on PS5. Any online game mode will bring up a server request with a QR code telling me to reset my password. I've done it several times, nothing happens once finished so hit back and it says, "EA servers are not available at this time, please try again later."

The other morning it said, "It's crowded in here, please wait while we make room." Nothing changes. I've been unable to access it the entire time.

I've tried clicking on every mode which brings up the QR code and the EA account option in the far right main menu. Nothing works.

In online dynasty mode, I have a transfer player on my roster that shows up on roster with 0 ratings across the board and he shows up with no face. When you select see player card on his profile the game freezes and crashes. I’m also unable to play any game as I get the same server error message everyone else is getting when I get to the dueling helmets screen. Sucks to buy a $100 game I can’t play.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have had this game for 2 weeks and everyday it says the same thing, that EA Servers are not available. I am about to just delete this game since EA obviously can’t figure this simple stuff out for people who paid good money to play! Absolutely ridiculous, you’d think a game that took so long to make would work.

This is exactly what has been happening to me since the game came out. Can’t use my team builder so wasted hours of my life for content that should be playable offline once downloaded as far as my team goes. Very frustrating can’t even join my friends dynasty.

The main issue that was reported at the start of this thread has been fixed since last week's maintenance. We appreciate everyone bearing with us while we were working on getting it fixed.

Ea servers are not available at this time. This is the message I’ve received for over a week now. I’ve reset my console. Uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and my WiFi works for any other online game. Any suggestions?
