Touchdown Tango House Rules No Final Reward

I have completed the touchdown tango house rules and still have not received my final reward 87 overall Corey Thomas. EA help has been of no help because I can't get anyone to give me a straight answ...

    who exactly do I need to contact? I spoke with an EA rep and he told me to wait 24 hours I waited that long and still didn’t get him. Can you help me get in contact with who I need to?
