UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVERS

Usually i    play college football 25 once I'm off work to relax, mostly playing ultimate team to be competitive. im randomly unable to play ANYTHING online within the game now. i    get the same error message. "ERROR Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have done everything from uninstalling the game to replacing my router and having my home internet checked. its nothing on my end so its obviously an issue within EA yet they claim it not to be. i  am not banned nor has my account be disabled because i    am still able to play other EA titles.

    As far as your issue goes, which console are you playing on?

    @savageredstar 

    I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljo ive done this before, but i will do it again on my way to the gym, it will be unplugged for about 2 hours and i will respond once im back

    Sounds good. If that doesn't help, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

    1. Go to your Xbox Settings
    2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
    3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

    @EA_Aljo Whenever i try to enter any type of game. I can Scroll through the menus and etc. but soon as i enter An actual game it sends the server message

    Thanks. Next, go into the Xbox Network Settings and let me know what it says for the NAT type.
