@skywalker2552, if the generate best lineup didn’t work, remove all players and start with a blank line up. Build it from there. I’ve had to do it a few times. I feel like there is a player that gets into 2 different positions at the same time and the game can’t use the sub. When it happens it’s always right after I add a player to my lineup. Good luck!

If anyone is having trouble getting into ultimate team with the error message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Please go to this link https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=college-football-25&topic=load-game and chat with someone. It may not seem like it helps but the more people that message about this the faster it will get done. Thanks guys

I was able to get to talk to someone last night. I we are getting no word on what's going on. And no concern for money spent and time missed in a game mode that u need to grind amd has a timer on it. I'd get it if it was a big server thing.. Not one person I know is experiencing this.

I was told yesterday by ea help that it’s hundreds of thousands and they don’t know when it’s going to get fixed they don’t have any answers.

  I am able to get into Ultimate Team now.. I wonder if it had something to do with the Legends drop that somehow kicked something into place.. Try and see if you guys can get in too.

  People have been locked out of Ultimate Team for 2 days with new card drops etc. This is madness and ridiculous! Care for your customers for once! EA support is useless and garbage!
