2 years agoHi @II-GLIZZYGOBLIN, Try generating a new lineup, fully closing and relaunching CF25, and checking if this keeps up.

i have tried this mutliple times and no luck. I also have a glitch on my marketplace where I can’t unlock the “premium platinum pack” even though I bought two of the weekly platinums.
i have sufficient funds and have tried all of the troubleshooting.

Hi Everyone,
If you are still getting the error "Our servers cannot process your request" when trying to purchase a pack, let us know the following...
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- Which platform are you on?
- Which pack are you trying to purchase?
- Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

Of note, I also don’t receive battle score when winning solo battles

Issue: trying to open pack
I’ve tried to hard reset, re install the game. Delete user profile and reset. Nothing works.
