I’ve tried to hard reset, re install the game. Delete user profile and reset. Nothing works.Adding mine

Same issue, SOTW conference story 80+ pack...when I try to open it it'll just kick me back out to the main menu.
Servers cannot process at this time. I've gotten another pack since then that was an ICYMI pack and that opened and worked fine.

I am having the same problem, I earned a conference stories 80+ over player pack from challenges. And when I open it glitched me out, I tried restarting my Xbox and it doesn’t help.

I am having the same issue as I'm sure almost everybody is.

Troubleshooting: restarted game, reset lineup, reset internet, deleted saved data, but I have not and will not try factory resetting my brand new PS5 console.
Please fix, I only have limited time to play and there's very limited things to enjoy for offline players in this mode sadly.
