WINNING BUT KICKED AND GIVEN LOSS

’m playing college ultimate team. I’m in campus legend. I am 3-0. I’m winning a game by 2 touchdowns in the 2nd half. The game randomly kicks me to the main screen no error message or anything. I go back in and it counts it as a loss. I screen recorded as proof but cannot attach to this post but it will let me post a picture. You can see I’m winning 28-14 but shows a loss. In campus legend you are only allowed 2 losses before restarting. You need 5 wins to avoid demotion. You need to go 5-0 to get a playoff bye. This screwed me so hard. I tried contacting EA help but they are the opposite of help. I need make rights packs or something.
