Auto-Subs Settings in In-Game Coach Adjustment Menu always default to Keep Fresh

An update on this. I determined that there is an issue. This is caused by entering Super Sim mode. I have not tested all speeds, but confirmed that any time you enter Super Sim Slow, it resets all of your team's coach adjustment auto-subs to Keep Fresh, overriding any you had set in your dynasty screen.
