Not getting coaching points

It has become harder to get coaching points in my offline dynasty, even with me winning games and doing everything. I've noticed it has been since the last title update. I'm currently at level 67 and have been at level 67 since around the conference championship week of the previous season. (I'm currently on week 7 or 8 in the next season). And I set the progress to fastest just to see if that would fix the issue and it didn't.
