Re: EA Play Has Expired Error When Loading Game

Here's the message I'm getting

I am getting this same error.  I just bought Ultimate Game pass to play CFB 26 on xcloud.  When I launch the game it won't let me in with this same error.  I've tried updating everything and restarting multiple times.

Same exact error for me, too. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.  Never played the trial for CFB26 at all.

The only fix ive found, at least on xbox, is signing out of my profile on the main menu, then signing back in and loading into the game, but the second you go back to the hub or try to the message will appear again forcing a restart. 

For example, load into career mode, play a level, go back to hub. Trial mode message

it only started when they added the game to ea play but i have premium game pass which includes ea play so i should be able to play but idk what the problem is

When I try to enter the game it tells me:This trial can only be played on the account that downloaded it. Please sign back into that account and restart the game to continue your progress. But I can’t understand why since I downloaded with the game pass

• Until fully resolved, can you please try selecting the Upgrade option if/when prompted but then importantly, you should back out before completing this. Do let us know if this does or does not help you.

Game says EA play trial is finished when I own the game and have game pass ultimate

Im having the same issues,how can I solve that?

I keep getting an error stating I need to be signed in to the same account that downloaded the game from gamepass, however I am signed in to the same account. 

I’m having the same problem I can’t play but I own the game and I’ve tried 3 days in a row now

The past 3-4 days I’ve been getting an error popping up every time I load into college football and it says the trial is expired but I own the game and have never even owned the trial. I’m getting pretty annoyed and would love some help.

they say that they know there’s a problem and they are working on it but that was like 15 or so hours ago

I've Been Getting the same thing too I was super excited to boot up the Xbox app on my PC and then ran into this :(

definitely still happening .....its gotta be a licensing issue. When i go to the xbox store and click on a game i bought it says ''you own this''. I go to cfb26 in the store and it says ''play now with EA play''...it should say that i own it instead  😑

Same deal… don’t know why the hell they have it marked as solved!

Don’t mark as solved if it’s not fixed, and there’s no course of action to get it to work 

EA I completely understand that yall are a busy company with a lot of games to worry about. On the other hand though ever since the game became available on ea play, college football 26 which i’ve had since july suddenly decides to not let me play at all. can the ea play trial issue please get fixed soon, the community that is affected by this issue is growing reckless. thank you
