Standout packs

I just completed the new challenges for the “standouts”. I got all 50 stars and did not receive my 80+ bnd reward pack. It has completely disappeared. When I for got it I tried to open it wouldn’t let me I backed out and it was completely gone. I received all my other reward packs and coins. Please fix this going forward and also give me my pack I earned. Thank you

    Hi everyone, 

    The issue with the reward packs from the Standout Challenges should be fixed now. If you haven't already, please try opening up the packs again when you've got the chance.

    Same just happened to me. I saved the video. Game has not even gone live to all the people who did not pre-order, and full of glitches.

    I am on PS5 Nick_G_454 and the same issue. I just pulled an 80+ OVR BND Standouts Reward Pack and nothing came out it just said “You Do Not Currently Own Any Unopened Packs”

    This is the first time ive ever seen a pack disappear. I opened my Standout packs from the new challenge and when it came to the 80+ BND pack it just vanished. It kicked me out to the unopened pack screen when i pressed the pack. I clipped it but coincidentally doesnt show in the footage. I bought a couple booster packs to cope lol. Sounds crazy but its exactly what happened. Also, looked in my items at the time to check and nothing was new. Is there a fix to this?
