Transfer Portal Players Disappearing

There appears to be a significant bug with the transfer portal that causes most CPU teams to get significantly worse each year. Every year, a large number of players in the portal, including some of the highest ranked at their positions, don’t get offered by any teams in the portal, causing them to disappear from the game. This is completely unrealistic, as so many teams in power conferences are starting guys that are 75 OVR and not even attempting to go after players.

There shouldn’t be scenarios where there are 80+ OVR five star recruits in the portal getting zero offers and vanishing from the game. In one dynasty, Keelon Russell, Isaiah Gibson, Tavien St. Clair, Quincy Porter, and many others had this happen to them. Also saw it with high rated veterans like Ashton Stamps.
