All-American & going pro rationale

These are two things that really bugged me in CFB 25 - an otherwise great game. The Heisman winner didn’t always make 1st team AA. The AA team seemed to be based on player rating only. Awards were based on performance. Why can’t AA selections too? Will it be more performance based? It should be. This was a problem in previous iterations of the game 10+ years ago too. 
The same thing for going pro. It shouldn’t be based solely on player rating. It should be based on performance too. We see a lot of players leave to go pro too early. We should see that in the game too.
